Corporate Benefits for Full-time Associates

We offer our Full-time Associates and their dependents a package of medical, dental, and vision benefits. This includes the choice of Blue Cross or Kaiser for medical insurance, as well as Delta dental coverage and VSP vision coverage. This package also includes Life Insurance, AD&D, EAP and Business and Travel Insurance. Associates have the option of purchasing additional life insurance and upgrading their dental insurance. 

In-N-Out Burger has established a retirement plan with a Defined Contribution Profit Sharing Plan and 401(k) Plan for the benefit of our Full time and Part time Associates who meet the eligibility requirements for participation in the plan. Eligible Associates receive company contributions made into the plan based on a percentage of their annual earnings. After one year of continuous service and meeting other eligibility criteria, In-N-Out Burger’s 401K plan allows Associates to defer pre-tax earnings into our qualified plan. Vesting occurs after 3 years of service with the company.

Holiday Schedule
The office is closed the following 5 holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Easter
  • Fourth of July
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Associates also accrue 7 floating holidays per year

These additional 7 floating days of holiday time can be used to observe birthdays, anniversaries, religious holidays or any national holiday not on our official Holiday Schedule.

Vacation is earned on an accrual basis and can be taken after 90 calendar days of employment. Part-time Associates accrue vacation at a rate of 1 week per year based on the number of hours worked. Full-time Associates also accrue sick time at the rate of 6 days per year.
